No refunds will be issued. In case of return, a credit note will be provided. Courier charges for return/exchange must be borne by the customer. Alternatively, customers may visit our store for direct exchange.

2. Process
Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, the alternate product or credit note will be dispatched.

3. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange is only applicable on selected products.

Free size items are not eligible for exchange.

Panties and other intimate wear are strictly non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
